Interlink Self-Help Center is open to all community members 18 years of age and over. All of our services are offered free of charge. We offer support for self-directed mental health recovery and wellness. We are peer-managed and operated; our programs and services are led by individuals with lived experience of mental health or substance use challenges who have committed to their own recovery and are trained to assist others with similar challenges.
